Terms of Service
Last updated: August 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of IncomeWiki.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IncomeWiki, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Additional contribution, content, or community policies presented when you submit content may also apply to that content or activity.
Description of Service
IncomeWiki is a public, community-editable knowledge platform about ways people earn, business models, costs, time, revenue, skills, strategies, risks, and sources.
The service may include Wiki pages and revision history, search and category features, user profiles, and account-based community features.
Features may change as the service develops.
Accounts
Google Sign-In is used for account access.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and for activity performed through your IncomeWiki session.
Provide accurate account information where requested and notify the site operator if you believe your account or session has been compromised.
Some Wiki features may be available without an account.
User Contributions
You are responsible for content you submit, including Wiki edits, sources, edit summaries, community posts, and comments.
Submit only content you have the right to provide, and take reasonable care that it is lawful, relevant, and not misleading.
Contributions may be edited by others and may be retained in public revision history.
Content Accuracy
Much of IncomeWiki is user-contributed.
IncomeWiki does not verify or guarantee that content is accurate, complete, current, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Examples, cost estimates, revenue figures, timelines, profitability figures, and descriptions of earning potential may vary significantly by person, location, market, industry, and time.
No result, profit, revenue, or level of income is promised.
Sources and Attribution
Contributors should identify reliable sources where appropriate and must not intentionally misrepresent a source or copy material without the necessary rights or permission.
Attribution may appear through page history, account names, links, page URLs, or other records supported by the service.
A citation or link does not mean that IncomeWiki endorses the source or has independently verified every claim contained in it.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use IncomeWiki to:
- Break applicable law or infringe another person's rights.
- Submit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful material.
- Harass others or expose private or confidential information without authorization.
- Spam, manipulate revisions, evade restrictions, or impersonate others.
- Interfere with service security, availability, or access controls.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Use automated or excessive requests in a way that disrupts or materially burdens the service.
Intellectual Property
You retain any ownership rights you have in your original contributions.
IncomeWiki's software, branding, layout, and operator-created materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party material remains subject to the rights and licenses of its respective owners.
License for User Contributions
By submitting content, you grant IncomeWiki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, publish, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service and its public revision history.
This operational license does not itself declare that all public Wiki content is available under a particular Creative Commons or other public license. Any separate public content license will be identified independently where applicable.
Moderation and Removal
IncomeWiki may restrict editing, archive pages, hide community material, block or suspend accounts, or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, address legal or security concerns, prevent abuse, or preserve content quality.
IncomeWiki is not obligated to monitor every contribution.
Revision, moderation, or security records may be retained even when public content is restricted or removed.
No Professional Advice
IncomeWiki provides general informational content and does not provide individualized financial, tax, accounting, legal, investment, employment, or other professional advice.
Business costs, revenue, profitability, taxes, regulations, and investment risks depend on individual circumstances and jurisdiction.
Consult appropriately qualified professionals and relevant official sources before making important financial, legal, tax, investment, or business decisions.
Third-Party Links and Services
IncomeWiki may link to third-party websites, sources, videos, or services and uses third-party services such as Google for sign-in and analytics.
Third parties are responsible for their own content, availability, security, terms, and privacy practices.
A link or integration does not imply endorsement or control by IncomeWiki.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IncomeWiki is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IncomeWiki and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, or business decisions arising from use of or reliance on the service.
Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains unaffected.
Termination and Suspension
You may stop using IncomeWiki at any time.
IncomeWiki may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, protection of the service or its users, or enforcement of these Terms.
Public contributions and revision records may remain as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change.
The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
