Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IncomeWiki, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent applicable to your use of the service.
If you create an account, submit content, or use features that require agreement to additional contribution, content, or community terms, those additional terms also apply to the relevant activity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use features that require acceptance of them.
Description of Service
IncomeWiki is a public, community-editable knowledge platform about ways people earn money, business models, costs, time, revenue, profitability, skills, tools, strategies, risks, and supporting sources.
The service may include Wiki pages and revision history, search and category features, user profiles, community features, external links, embedded content, and advertising.
Features, page structures, contribution systems, and availability may change as the service develops.
Accounts
Google Sign-In may be used for account access.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and for activity performed through your authenticated IncomeWiki session.
You should provide accurate information where requested and contact pocketnation if you believe your IncomeWiki account or session has been compromised.
Some Wiki features may be available without creating or signing into an account.
User Contributions
You are responsible for content you submit, including Wiki edits, sources, edit summaries, community posts, comments, profile information, and other submitted material.
Submit only content you have the right to provide and take reasonable care to ensure that your contributions are lawful, relevant, and not intentionally misleading.
Contributions may be edited, corrected, reverted, expanded, or otherwise modified by other contributors where the service permits collaborative editing.
Contributions may also remain in public revision history even after later changes to the current version of a page.
Anonymous Contributions
Some contributions may be submitted without a signed-in IncomeWiki account.
Anonymous contributions may be publicly attributed using a partially masked IP address or another non-account contributor label.
Technical records associated with anonymous activity may be retained for revision integrity, security, abuse prevention, moderation, and related operational purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
Content Accuracy and Earnings Information
Much of IncomeWiki is user-contributed or collaboratively edited.
IncomeWiki does not verify or guarantee that content is accurate, complete, current, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Cost estimates, revenue figures, profitability, margins, timelines, traffic levels, demand, fees, taxes, and descriptions of earning potential may vary significantly by person, location, market, platform, industry, and time.
Historical examples, reported results, estimates, or examples do not guarantee future performance.
No result, profit, revenue, or level of income is promised.
Sources and Attribution
Contributors should identify reliable sources where appropriate and must not intentionally misrepresent a source or reproduce protected material without the necessary rights or permission.
Attribution may appear through revision history, usernames, masked contributor identifiers, links, page URLs, or other records supported by the service.
A citation, reference, or link does not mean that IncomeWiki or pocketnation endorses the source or has independently verified every statement contained in it.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use IncomeWiki to:
- Violate applicable law or infringe another person's rights.
- Submit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or harmful material.
- Harass others or expose private or confidential information without authorization.
- Spam the service, manipulate revisions, evade restrictions, or impersonate another person or organization.
- Interfere with service security, availability, or access controls.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Use automated or excessive requests in a manner that disrupts or materially burdens the service.
- Manipulate engagement, attribution, advertising, traffic, or other service metrics through fraudulent or abusive behavior.
Intellectual Property
You retain any ownership rights you have in your original contributions.
IncomeWiki's software, branding, visual identity, layout, and operator-created materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party material remains subject to the rights and licenses of its respective owners.
License for User Contributions
By submitting content, you grant IncomeWiki and pocketnation a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, format, publish, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, promote, and improve IncomeWiki and its public revision history.
This operational license does not itself declare that all public Wiki content is available under a particular Creative Commons or other public license.
Where a separate contribution or content license applies, that license will be identified separately and may grant additional rights.
Moderation and Removal
IncomeWiki may restrict editing, protect or archive pages, revert edits, hide community material, block or suspend accounts, or remove content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, address legal or security concerns, prevent abuse, or preserve content quality.
IncomeWiki is not obligated to monitor every contribution.
Revision, moderation, security, or abuse-prevention records may be retained even when related public content is restricted, changed, or removed.
No Professional Advice
IncomeWiki provides general informational content and does not provide individualized financial, tax, accounting, legal, investment, employment, or other professional advice.
Business costs, income, profitability, taxes, regulations, investment risks, and other outcomes depend on individual circumstances and jurisdiction.
You should consult appropriately qualified professionals and relevant official sources before making important financial, legal, tax, investment, or business decisions.
Advertising
IncomeWiki may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense or other third-party advertising services.
Advertisements are provided or selected by third parties and do not necessarily represent the views, recommendations, or endorsement of IncomeWiki or pocketnation.
IncomeWiki does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, availability, or suitability of products, services, websites, or claims appearing in advertisements.
Advertising-related data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Links, Content, and Services
IncomeWiki may link to or integrate with third-party websites, sources, videos, advertisements, tools, platforms, or services.
IncomeWiki also relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, hosting, analytics, infrastructure, security, and advertising.
Third parties are responsible for their own content, products, availability, security, terms, and privacy practices.
A link, citation, advertisement, embed, or technical integration does not imply endorsement or control by IncomeWiki or pocketnation unless explicitly stated.
Service Availability
IncomeWiki may be modified, interrupted, restricted, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part at any time.
pocketnation does not guarantee continuous availability, preservation of every feature, or uninterrupted access to the service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IncomeWiki is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, IncomeWiki and pocketnation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, opportunities, reputation, or business decisions arising from use of or reliance on the service.
Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remains unaffected.
Termination and Suspension
You may stop using IncomeWiki at any time.
IncomeWiki may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, protection of the service or its users, or enforcement of these Terms.
Public contributions and revision records may remain after account deletion, suspension, or termination as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of IncomeWiki will be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction and dispute-resolution rules provided by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms as the service, its features, business practices, or applicable requirements change.
The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes may also be communicated through the service where appropriate.
Continued use of IncomeWiki after updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
