Google Sign-In and Google User Data
IncomeWiki uses Google OAuth for account sign-in.
When you choose to sign in with Google, Google may provide IncomeWiki with information authorized through the sign-in process, including your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.
IncomeWiki uses this information only as necessary to:
- Create or connect your IncomeWiki account.
- Authenticate you.
- Maintain your sign-in session.
- Display account or profile information where applicable.
- Associate contributions and account activity with your IncomeWiki account.
IncomeWiki stores account and authentication information necessary to maintain these functions.

IncomeWiki does not sell Google user data or use Google account information obtained through sign-in to build advertising profiles.
Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's own terms and privacy practices.
Anonymous Contributions
Some Wiki contributions can be made without signing in.
Anonymous contributions may be publicly attributed using a partially masked IP address, such as 123.45.xxx.xxx. A full IP address is not displayed publicly as the contributor label.
IncomeWiki may retain the full IP address and may also generate or retain a secret-keyed identifier derived from network or browser information for purposes such as revision integrity, abuse prevention, security, and rate limiting.
These technical records may be accessible to the operator where reasonably necessary for operation, moderation, security, legal compliance, or abuse investigation.
Analytics
IncomeWiki uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and usage.
Google may process analytics data and use cookies or similar technologies as described in Google's own policies.
Information processed for analytics may include pages viewed, referral information, browser or device information, approximate location, IP-derived information, and analytics identifiers.
Browser settings, blocking tools, consent controls, or Google's available opt-out mechanisms may limit analytics collection.
Advertising and Google AdSense
IncomeWiki may use Google AdSense and other advertising services to display advertisements.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar technologies to serve, personalize, measure, and report advertisements shown on IncomeWiki.
Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve advertisements based on a user's visits to IncomeWiki and other websites on the Internet.
Depending on your location, consent choices, and applicable settings, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
You can manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings.
You can learn more about how Google uses information from websites and apps that use Google services through Google's partner sites privacy information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
IncomeWiki and its service providers may use cookies or equivalent browser technologies for authentication, analytics, advertising, security, preferences, and service operation.
Authentication cookies or similar technologies may be necessary for features such as signing in and maintaining a session.
Analytics and advertising services may also use cookies or similar identifiers where permitted by applicable law and applicable user choices.
Disabling cookies required for authentication may prevent certain account features from functioning correctly.
Consent and Advertising Choices
Where required by applicable law or advertising-platform policies, IncomeWiki may request consent before certain analytics or advertising technologies are used.
Users in certain regions may be offered choices concerning personalized advertising, non-personalized advertising, cookies, and related processing.
IncomeWiki may use a consent management platform or other consent mechanism to provide these choices.
Service Providers and International Processing
IncomeWiki relies on third-party providers to operate parts of the service. These may include hosting, infrastructure, database, authentication, analytics, security, and advertising providers.
Google services used by IncomeWiki may include Google Sign-In, Google Analytics, and Google AdSense. Depending on the service and user location, information processed through these services may be transferred to or processed in countries outside the user's country of residence.
Other infrastructure or service providers may also process information outside the Republic of Korea where necessary to provide their services.
Such processing is performed subject to applicable contractual, technical, organizational, and legal safeguards where required.
Data Retention
IncomeWiki retains different categories of information according to the purpose for which they are needed.
- Account information: generally retained while your account remains active and may be retained for a limited period afterward where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention.
- Authentication and session records: retained while needed to maintain authentication and until the applicable session expires, is revoked, or is otherwise removed.
- Public Wiki contributions and revision history: may be retained indefinitely as part of the historical and collaborative record of the knowledge base.

- Security and operational records: retained for as long as reasonably necessary to investigate incidents, maintain service security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
- Analytics and advertising information: retention may also be governed by the settings and policies of the relevant third-party provider.
IncomeWiki does not currently promise a fixed retention period for every category of information.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, it may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise rendered no longer identifiable, subject to applicable requirements.
Account Deletion
When an IncomeWiki account is deleted, account authentication connections and active sessions may be deleted or invalidated, and profile information may be removed or disassociated where applicable.
Public Wiki contributions and revision history may remain after account deletion where preservation is reasonably necessary for the integrity, attribution history, security, or operation of the public knowledge base.
Data Sharing
Public contributions and their public attribution may be visible to visitors.

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect the service and information processed through it.
No online service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, and IncomeWiki cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure will never occur.
User Rights and Requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of certain personal information.
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Certain requests may be limited where retention is reasonably necessary for public revision history, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud or abuse prevention, or other lawful purposes.
Children's Privacy
IncomeWiki is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to IncomeWiki, contact pocketnation so the situation can be reviewed.
